Strategic Marketing
Based on
client and project work over the past 30 years, a new business module was
unveiled in March 2011. It grew out of the successful business seminar held at
the Amherst Chamber of Commerce The three hour Seminar presented a unique blend
of strategic thinking and market research applied to traditional marketing
techniques. It has been successfully implemented in Texas
and Colorado as well as businesses and not for
profits in Western New York. The Seminar focused
on several questions.

- How confident am I that my current product/service
mix is:
....what the
market really wants to buy now?
....anticipating what my competition will
do?
- How loyal is your customer base to you?
- Would you like to grow your business by word of
mouth?
- What marketing medium gets out my message the best?

An interactive session was conducted with
significant time devoted to questions, answers and individual problem solving. The evaluations turned in at the end scored
very good or excellent on six criteria.
