SEMINAR
"STRATEGIC MARKETING"

The best approach to growing your business

March 18, 2011

9:00-12:00 noon

Amherst Chamber of Commerce

350 Essjay Road

This three hour Seminar presents a unique blend of strategic thinking and market research applied to traditional marketing techniques. It has been successfully implemented in Texas and Colorado as well as businesses and not for profits in Western New York. This Seminar will focus on several questions.

  • How confident am I that my current product/service mix is:
....what the market really wants to buy now?
....anticipating what my competition will do?
  • How loyal is your customer base to you?
  • Would you like to grow your business by word of mouth?
  • What marketing medium best gets out my message?
  • What marketing message sets me apart from my competition and drives business to me? Does it "sizzle?
  • How can I increase revenue in a "down market"?

This will be an interactive session with significant time devoted to questions, answers and individual problem solving. You can expect to take back at least one good idea to use at work.* The presenter will be Jim Serafin, Principal of the company. Mr. Serafin brings over 30 years of experience as a former administrator, Business Development Officer, Director of Marketing, partner in a market research company, along with extensive work with local, State and federal agencies in three states.
