Resource Development & Management has added to its Business Plan significant work to begin in Poland. "We are returning to our roots," says President Jim Serafin.
"Our family is entirely from Poland with my Dad being born and raised in Nowy Sacz and my Mom came from Grudek Jagielonski. It also helps that I am fluent in Polish - Mowimy po Polsku!"
Initially, the company is focusing its efforts on Warsaw and on Rzeszow. Warsaw, of course, is the capital and financial hub. Rzeszow has the honor of being Buffalo,

New York’s Sister City. Under the leadership of the late Mayor of Buffalo Stanley M. Makowski, a Sister City relationship was established in 1976. Many cultural, business, political, and charitable activities have been conducted over the years between the two cities. Jim Serafin served as a Director for 10 years. The Seal of the City of Buffalo is affixed to the City Hall located in the town square.
